360° Dimensions Questions Evaluator

Thank you very much for your time to participate in our 360° feedback round to share your open and constructive feedback with us. Your input is valuable and important to us.

The 360° feedback is a method to support the evaluation of competencies and performances of leaders by considering different perspectives, i.e. from the point of view of a direct report, the supervisor and colleagues versus the self-assessment done by the person being evaluated.

Based on this, our Management has decided to use this 360° assessment for selected executives.

Once you start the assessment, we recommend to go for your initial answer thought that came up, when reading the question. Do not think about it too much as the first thought most of the time is the “best one”. After the completion of your feedback it will be provided to our partner Ecoprotec to analyse. As soon as the results are available they will be shared anonymously with the assessed person as well as the HAVI HR Manager.

To evaluate the competencies and performances please use the following scale:
- 5 - Outstanding
- 4 - Exceed Expectations
- 3 - Meet Expectations
- 2 - Below Expectations
- 1 - Unsatisfactory
- 0 - no answer possible
